Camera Goes Black During Recording (Panopto)
In Panopto, if your camera goes black as soon as you select Record, it may be due to your Google Chrome settings.
1. Open your Google Chrome Browser
2. In the top right corner, select the three dots and select Settings

3. In the left side menu, select System and make sure that Use graphics acceleration when available is enabled

4. Restart your browser to ensure changes are saved.
