Austin Community College (ACC) does not discriminate and prohibits discrimination based on any protected class, including race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age, veteran’s status, disability, genetic information or any other basis protected by law, under any program or activity sponsored or conducted by the College.
