As you prepare for the end of the summer semester and look ahead to fall 2026, please review the updated summer 2026 intersession hours for educational technology support, computer centers and student technology distribution, Student Technology Services, and Library Services. These modified schedules begin Monday, Aug. 10, 2026, and continue through Sunday, Aug. 23, 2026.

Even during intersession, many support resources remain available to help you and your students prepare for a successful fall semester.

Educational Technology Support (For Faculty and Staff)

Aug. 10-14

  • All campuses resume normal in-person and virtual support.

Fall Semester Phone and TeamDynamix (TDX) Support

Faculty and staff may continue to request assistance through the districtwide support channels:

Online Ticket System (TDX): Submit a ticket for support with instructional technology, software and applications, Blackboard, Panopto, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Workspace, audio/visual equipment, and other Academic Technology services.

The Student Help Desk (including access to Student Technology Services for technical support) will maintain normal operating hours during intersession.
