As you prepare for the end of the spring semester and look ahead to summer 2026, please review the updated Spring 2026 Intersession Hours for Educational Technology Support, Computer Centers and Student Technology Distribution, Student Technology Services, and Library Services. These modified schedules begin Monday, May 18, 2026, and continue through Sunday, May 31, 2026.

Even during intersession, many support resources remain available to help you and your students wrap up the spring semester and prepare for a strong start to summer 2026.

Educational Technology Support (For Faculty and Staff)

May 18-22

  • In-person support: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Virtual support: 8 a.m.-9 p.m.

May 25

  • All locations closed for Memorial Day.

May 26-29

  • Walk-in support closed.
  • Virtual support available: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

June 1

  • All campuses resume normal in-person and virtual operations.

Student Technology Support (For Students)

The Student Help Desk (including access to Student Technology Services for technical support), will have normal operating hours during intersession.

ACC Libraries will pause in-person services during intersession but continue to offer robust online support and resources.

Always Available (Even When Libraries Are Closed)

  • Subject and assignment guides curated by our very own Faculty Librarians
  • A to Z databases that include articles, ebooks, films, and more. These are a few favorites:
    • Flipster for popular magazines and targeted periodicals
    • Hobbies and Crafts Reference Center for “how-to” instructions for hobby enthusiasts and newbies with hobby books and magazines
    • Kanopy for streaming over 18,000 videos, including films from the Criterion Collection, festival circuit documentaries, and TV series
    • Statista will satisfy your data cravings with statistical data on over 80,000 topics from more than 22,500 sources in business and government
