Lisa Watts-Madolora

Lisa Watts-Madolora is a Lieutenant with the Austin Fire Department.  She started her firefighting career in 2001, and after spending over 14 years as a firefighter and specialist in operations, she promoted to Lieutenant in 2015 where she worked two years in the Fire Marshal’s Office as a fire inspector.  Her current officer assignment is ARFF (Airport Rescue Fire Fighter), as the CTS (Crash Truck Supervisor).

In 2005 she began teaching for ACC Fire Academy and has thrived with the camaraderie of the instruction/learning environment.  LT Watts-Madolora received her associate’s degree in Fire Science from ACC (Austin Community College) in 2009 and has continued her passion for growing the profession with each and every academy class during that time. When not working, she is most likely to be found mountain biking, running or with her husband, dogs and birds.  lwattsma@austincc.edu
