Disciplinary Action

Discipline will be maintained throughout ACCFTA operations and will be in accordance with the ACC Student Code of Conduct. Suspected violation of any Rules and Regulations of the ACCFTA Handbook and/or ACC Student Handbook will be handled in the following manner:

  1. Infractions of the ACCFTA Rules and Regulations will be addressed by the instructor or ACCFTA staff member.
  2. Repeated infractions will be addressed by the ACCFTA Director and documented.
  3. Further violations will warrant additional disciplinary actions that may require the Cadet to meet with the Department Chair or Dean.
