Blackboard Collaborate Ultra: The Virtual Classroom Hands-On
This workshop is an instructor-led hands-on live training that takes place in the Blackboard Collaborate Ultra classroom. Attendees will get real-time training in the use of Collaborate. They will explore the interface, practice sharing files and applications, and learn other Blackboard Collaborate tasks. This training takes 1 hour to complete. At the end of the session, faculty will be able to: use interaction bar area share desktop, whiteboard, or applications change user status set up the live classroom in their own course record a session use chat use polls use breakout rooms discuss ways of adding interactivity to their live classroom sessions.

Blackboard Adaptive Release
This workshop will show you how to use Adaptive Release to control how content is released to students in courses. Rules are set to determine how, when, and to whom content is shown. This is especially useful for special cases of accessibility as well as for particular group content releases.

Utilizing Google Apps
This workshop will cover the basics of using Google Apps such as Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Calendar. At the end of this workshop, you will be able to use certain Google Apps in your courses and collaborate with colleagues.

Accessibility Checking for PDF documents
This workshop will cover creating accessible PDF documents for your courses. We will cover checking for titles, tables, headings, alternate text image descriptions, and reading order. At the end of this workshop, you will be able to create and modify documents that are accessible for your students.
