Meet A’leya Campbell, TLED’s New Social Media Intern!

Three words that describe you?

If I had to describe myself in 3 words I’d say fun, honest, and multifaceted.

How do you support faculty at ACC?

A way that I support faculty is by encouraging people in my community to enroll at ACC. Referring people to the College pushes us towards Texas’ 60×30 goals.

What would you name the autobiography of your life?

If I had an autobiography, it would be named The Life of ME: An autobiography of A’leya Campbell because I honestly can’t get enough of myself! The theme song of my life would be AU79 by Tyler The Creator. It’s just a beat, but I love all the parts to it. I feel like it matches my mood, my stages of life and it’s so calming, fun, upbeat, and adventurous.

The best advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I’ve ever received is from one of my favorite spiritual YouTubers Mystic Rainn. In one of her videos, she said, “If things are physically out of your control and there’s NOTHING you can do to fix them, then there’s no need in stressing over them. Accept the outcomes and move forward!”
