Fall 2025 Intersession Hours: Technology, Libraries, and Student Support

As you prepare for the end of the fall semester and look ahead to spring 2026, please review the updated Fall 2025 Intersession Hours for Educational Technology Support, Computer Centers and Student Technology Distribution, Student Technology Services, and Library Services. These modified schedules begin Monday, December 15, 2025, and continue through Sunday, January 19, 2026.
Even during intersession, many support resources remain available to help you and your students wrap up fall 2025 and prepare for a strong start to spring 2026.
Educational Technology Support (Faculty & Staff)
Dec. 15–19
- In-person and virtual support: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Dec. 20–Jan. 1
- All locations closed for Winter Break.
Jan. 2
- Walk-in support closed.
- Virtual support available: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Jan. 5–9
- Walk-in support closed.
- Phone and TeamDynamix support are available during normal hours.
Jan. 12–16
- In-person support available: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Virtual support available: 8 a.m.–9 p.m.
Jan. 17
- Walk-in support closed.
- Virtual support available: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Jan. 20
- All campuses resume normal in-person and virtual operations.

Faculty and staff may continue to request assistance through the districtwide support channels:

Computer Centers & Student Technology Distribution
Dec. 15–19
HLC Teaching & Learning Center (1.1311) – technology distribution only
- Monday: 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Tuesday: 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Wednesday: 7:30 a.m.–7 p.m.
- Thursday: 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m.–12 p.m.
All other centers are closed.
Dec. 20–Jan. 1
- All locations closed for Winter Break.
Jan. 2–9
HLC Teaching & Learning Center (1.1311) – technology distribution only

Jan. 12
- All Computer Centers and technology distribution locations resume normal hours.

Student Technology Support (For Students)
The Student Help Desk will maintain normal operating hours during intersession, except during the Winter Break closure from December 22 to January 1.
- Monday–Thursday: 8 a.m.–7 p.m.
- Friday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Saturday: 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
- Sunday: Closed

ACC Libraries will pause in-person services during intersession but continue to offer robust online support and resources.

Intersession Closure
Dec. 15 –Jan. 11
- All libraries are closed.
- Bookdrops remain open for returns.
