Austin Community College employees can overlap these calendars with their work calendar to see upcoming opportunities.

1.  Make sure you are logged into your ACC Google/Gmail account.

>> Only ACC employees who are logged in are able to view the APTE and Shared Governance Google calendars.

2.  Click the “+Google Calendar” button in the bottom right-hand corner.     

>> This will overlap the APTE and Shared Governance Calendars with your work calendar. You will see it in your “Other Calendars” list on the left-hand side of your Google Calendar.
