How to Create an Adobe ID

1.Go to the Adobe account page, and then click Create an account.Adobe sign in page

2. On the Create an account screen, provide the necessary information (you should use your ACC Student email address when creating your account). Then click Create account.screen capture of Adobe create account page

NOTE: The email address you enter will be your Adobe ID, so use a frequently used address that you’ll remember. 

You will receive a mail from Adobe with a link to verify your email address. You may have to wait for some time before receiving the email.

3.Once your account is created, click Continue to access your account page.

What is an Adobe ID?

Your Adobe ID will be your ACC student email address. This Adobe ID will be used to keep all of your Adobe plans and products in one single account. An Adobe ID is essential for a secure and personalized experience with Adobe apps and services.

How To Purchase Adobe Creative Cloud Software

The following are the steps to purchasing the Adobe Creative Cloud Software:

  1. Users will log in to the Austin Community College WebStore (Kivuto) to view available offerings and purchase their license.
  2. Once in the Kivuto Web Store, click on the Adobe Creative Cloud icon.
  3. Click “Add to Cart.” Then proceed with completing your purchase.
  4. After completing your purchase, access your orders by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the page and selecting “Your Account/Orders”. Click on View Details under the Adobe purchase and then click the Install button to download Adobe Creative Cloud.
    • You will need an Adobe ID to sign into Adobe Creative Cloud.  To create an Adobe ID, click on this link.
    • If you think you have an Adobe ID, click on this link to verify.
  5. Once the Creative Cloud application is installed on your computer, open the application and click Install next to any of the Adobe products you wish to install on your computer.

Your Adobe Creative Cloud subscription includes desktop apps, web apps & services, and mobile apps.
