For optimal performance  it is recommend you keep the operating system of your computer or mobile device up to date. For desktop apps, use no earlier than two versions back of Windows or macOS. For mobile apps, use no earlier than the previous version of iOS or two versions back of Android.

How To Change or Update Your Adobe ID

You may want to change the email address associated with your Adobe ID if you have entered an incorrect email address or if you want to use a new primary email address.

  1. Sign in to your Adobe account.

  2. In the Account information and access section, click Change next to Primary email (Adobe ID).

  3. In the window that appears, enter the new primary email address that you want to associate with your Adobe ID. Then click Save.

  4. Adobe will send you an email to verify the change. If you don’t receive the email, see Didn’t receive expected email from Adobe.
