PCs for People Hotspot Renewal

Students who have previously received a PCs for People hotspot can login to their PCs for People account to check for another year of service

 

  1. Log into your PCs for People account at pcsrefurbished.com
    • Username: Your ACC student email address (@g.austincc.edu)
    • Password: click forgot password link 
  2. After logging in eligibility will need to be uploaded or the documents can be emailed to the PCs for People customer service team at support@pcsforpeople.org
    • A full list of acceptable eligibility documents can be found here, a few examples are Pell grant, food stamps, Medicaid, Section 8 housing, free/reduced lunch program for their children, or income that is less than 60% of the area median income (lookup tool available on https://www.pcsforpeople.org/).
