How to Order a Transcript

To request an official transcript online, go to MyACC.

Direct link to MyACC: 

https://austincc.okta.com/app/austincommunitycollege_accweb7_1/exk3x20tvh9PBC0T52p7/sso/saml

  1. Log In with your ACCeID and password.
  2. Scroll down and select Admissions & Records then Transcript Request.
  3. Then choose Electronic or Mailed.

Electronic is a list of Texas institutes that happen to use the same electronic server as ACC which is SPEEDE.

To use the electronic option select electronic then choose a college within the list. You will then select submit. On the Send Transcript to these Schools? Page select Save.

Mailed will be delivered by USPS mail. 

Type in the recipient and address information then select Submit. On the Send Transcript to this location? Page select Save.

On the Transcript Orders page you will be able to view a list of your new transcript request.  

Transcript orders are processed within one business day of an online order.
