How to Request a New Loan

Self Service- Request a New Loan Steps

1. Login to Self Service with your ACCeID and password.

                Direct link to Self Service:

https://austincc.okta.com/app/austincc_ellucianselfservice_1/exk3g0ri04eFxq0ei2p7/sso/saml

1. Click on the Financial Aid category button.
2. In the Welcome to Financial Aid ! page, go to the very top of the page and click on the Financial Aid link.
3. In the drop down menu, click Request a New loan.
4. Type in  the requested amount and click Next.
5. Select the Award Period and click Next.
6. Review the requested amount and click Submit.
7. You will be provided with a Confirmation Notification.
