The Blackboard app can be downloaded from the app store related to your device. As a student, make sure that the app that you are downloading is not the Instructor version of Blackboard.
If you are using the app for the first time, the app will redirect you to the main ACC BB login page. It is still the Blackboard app that you are working from and you are not launching Blackboard from the internet.
