Deb Hoag
Deb Hoag — Professor, Government
Deb Hoag is a professor of government and humanities, with a focus on The Great Questions Seminar and LEAD (Liberal Education Advancement and Development). Deb is heavily involved with the creation and continued maintenance of open educational (free) resources for students. She authors and edits government textbooks with additional curriculum materials. Deb actively promotes and engages with faculty and students in the Great Questions Journey initiative. She works to foster respectful discussion and debate in the classroom, to inspire resilience, and to encourage students to achieve their highest aspirations.
