Dania Dwyer — Assistant Professor of Composition and Literary Studies

I have taught composition and literary studies here at Austin Community College for nearly eight years. My current work centers on designing scaffolded, student-centered assignments and leading collaborative online international learning (COIL) projects that connect U.S. undergraduates with peers in Japan and Jamaica. My teaching and research interests include AI-informed writing pedagogy, intercultural rhetoric, multimodal composition, and character education.
