Amy Rostvold — Professor, Composition and Literary Studies

Amy Rostvold has been teaching composition courses at ACC since 2015. Before that, she was a high school teacher, writing tutor, curriculum writer, and stay-at-home mom. She holds an MA in English from San Francisco State University, and in 2005, she completed a M.Ed program in English Education at Georgia State University. Amy’s passions include music, books, and raising her two children to be smart, curious, critical thinkers. Amy believes that humanities will save the world, and she is dedicated to helping her students unlock their potential and find their voices.
