Advance your teaching practice through three interconnected
strands. Participate in trainings, earn badges, and GROW!
Explorer to Innovator to Mentor
Faculty Growth Series: The Connected Classroom through Belonging, UDL, & AI is a professional development framework designed to support ACC success for ALL. It centers on three strategic goals:
Building inclusive, purpose-driven classrooms through Belonging, Purpose, and Connection (BPC)
Ensuring access and flexibility via Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
Equipping faculty and staff with future-ready skills through AI Literacy and Fluency (AILF)
The system offers transparency, simplicity, ease of use, tracking, and recognition, grounded in current Texas legislation (SB 17 and 37), community college realities, and institutional strategy.
