• All evaluation materials will be retained by the department for at least three years for all faculty. Departments are responsible for ensuring that Department Chairs have access to previous faculty evaluations and related documentation.
  • Particular note should be made of faculty on a Performance Improvement Plan for reexamination in the following year.
  • Summary Evaluation Forms, Supplementary Conference Forms, and Performance Improvement Plans will be retained indefinitely for all active faculty (these will be included with evaluation materials for future reviewers).
  • Summary Evaluation Forms for inactive faculty will be retained for at least six years.
