They can help with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Audio-visual technology in classrooms<\/li>\n<li>Training on the use of <a href=\"https:\/\/instruction.austincc.edu\/tled\/faculty-support\/services\/equipment\/\">classroom equipment and technology<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Analyzing hardware and software functionality in classrooms<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and resolving problems within the scope of their authority and knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Assistance for media and classroom technology is available from the <a href=\"https:\/\/tled.austincc.edu\/facultysupport\">Educational Technology Support<\/a> team. Faculty can check out equipment\u2014<a href=\"https:\/\/instruction.austincc.edu\/tled\/faculty-support\/services\/equipment\/\">see a list of available equipment<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Educational technologists also provide advanced software and peripherals support, training, and assistance to faculty and staff in the <a title=\"FRCs\" href=\"https:\/\/instruction.austincc.edu\/tled\/faculty-support\/services\/teaching-and-learning-centers\/\">Teaching &amp; Learning Centers (TLCs)<\/a>.
