It is the newest web conferencing tool available at ACC.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gallery view supports up to 49 participants per screen.<\/li>\n<li>Licensed accounts: unlimited meeting time with up to 300 participants.<\/li>\n<li>Polling available (<a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/213756303-Polling-for-meetings\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">learn more about Zoom Polls<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Breakout Rooms available (<a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/206476313-Managing-breakout-rooms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">learn more about Breakout Rooms<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Closed captioning can be entered by the host or assigned participant, or generated after recordings.<\/li>\n<li>Post-meeting reports available when enabled in settings<br \/>\n(<a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/201362413-Getting-started-with-reports\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">learn more about Zoom Reports<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Co-hosting available \u2014 hosts can allow another person to start a meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/instruction.austincc.edu\/nexus\/kb\/zoom\/\">View Zoom Knowledgebase articles<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Class for Zoom<\/h3>\n<p>Class for Zoom is an additional app designed for teaching.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Available on iPad and Android tablets (not phones).<\/li>\n<li>Includes a Personal Meeting Room with an \u201cOffice Hours\u201d feature (not widely available to faculty).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Important Note on Auto-Captioning<\/h3>\n<p>Auto-captioning in Google Meet, Webex, and Zoom is a helpful accessibility feature but is not 100% accurate.
