Guided by the text of the Declaration of Independence and the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1Yh44RLDjOqauRXzewITUh1Oz2I_ZsFAaqO_q0HpESJQ\/edit?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">perspective<\/a> of individuals like Frederick Douglass, Abraham Lincoln, Barbara Jordan and Gloria Anzald\u00faa, we&#8217;ll be joined by state and local elected officials in exploring the unique nature of American identity in our unfolding political experiment.
