APTE firmly believes that showing appreciation does not need to be complicated or elaborate, it just needs to be genuine. So many of us are here at Austin Community College (ACC) because we are passionate about the work and the impact that we make, and so receiving appreciation is not always at the top of our minds. That being said, appreciation can always be shown and it is amazing how just acknowledging someone by their name for their contributions can go a very long way.
