(<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/14jUiXqNfqk6LnOmJx3MLf8zXo5FtUnSm1nQ56eDvri4\/edit?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Example of email<\/a>)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the day of your exam, you will receive an email from DE Proctoring  (deproctoring@austincc.edu) with the actual link to your exam.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you did not get the link, please check your spam folder to see if it went there.\u00a0 If you do not have the email, please email deproctoring@austincc.edu.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong><em>Please note the following<\/em><\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You will no longer get Google Calendar invites when you schedule your exam.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Students will be <\/span><b>UNABLE<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to schedule an exam if they are trying to schedule less than 48 hours out.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If a student shows up for their exam appointment more than 15 minutes late, they will not be allowed into their online proctored exam.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When you schedule your exam, you will receive an email.\u00a0\u00a0 This initial email provides information on what should be done and checked before the exam.
