In order to remove the College Transcript Needed hold, you will need to submit the official (school name) transcripts into ACC admissions and records office. The official transcripts can be sent with the following delivery methods listed at: https://www.austincc.edu/admissions/submitting-transcripts-to-acc.
Unfortunately, we can’t reset the ACCeID password through a Non-ACCMail account. We recommend calling or chatting with us through the link below during our normal business hours which are also listed on that website.

You will be notified by ACCmail if a class has an opening. You then have until 11:59 p.m. of the expiration date to register for the class. At 12:00 a.m. (midnight), you are removed from the waitlist.
IMPORTANT: You will not be automatically added to the class — you must accept the seat by registering. Check your ACCmail account regularly to avoid missing the opportunity.
To activate your ACCMail account, follow the instructions listed below:
- Go to the link listed https://acceid.austincc.edu/AccMAIL/accmail.pl
- Log in with your ACCeID and password.
- Confirm your ACCMail account and click Submit.
- Set and confirm your ACCMail password. Then, click Submit.
- Next, click the “Login to ACCMail” link.
- Enter your ACCeID and password to log in.
