- Login to the ACC admissions application with the email address and password.
- In the application account, click Update profile (blue link).
- The applicant can update their address, SSN, and date of birth.
- Then, click Save Changes.
- Login to the ACC admissions application with the email address and password.
- In the application account, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the supplemental item link.
- Next, locate the unofficial college transcript supplemental item and click upload.
- The upload button will then appear with received.
An ACC enrollment advisor will review your transcript(s) in 1 to 3 business days.
ACC Admissions application password reset
- Go to the ACC Admissions application sign-in page listed at: https://austincc.my.site.com/ApplicationPortal/s/contactcreation.
- Type in your email address and password of help1234.
- Then, click Sign in.
- Next, type in the current password of help1234. Then, type in the new and confirm password.
- Click Change password.
You will now have access to the ACC admissions application account.
In order to remove the hold, you will need to complete the High School Orientation through the link listed https://hsporientation.austincc.edu/.
Once you have completed the orientation, please email the Dual Credit department at [email protected].
