Resetting your Microsoft Office 365 Password

If you need to reset your Microsoft Office 365 password, please contact Student Technology Services at 512-223-4636 and Choose Option 8.  Students are unable to reset their Microsoft Office 365 password on their own.

You may also go to https://www.austincc.edu/sts and choose the Live Chat option at the bottom of the page.

Library Database Access

Currently enrolled students can access over a hundred research databases through ACC Library Services, including Academic Search Complete, Gale eBooks, Gale in Context: Opposing Viewpoints, and JSTOR.

Access to Library Databases is only available to currently enrolled/active students, faculty, and staff. Students who are not enrolled for classes or have a status of “inactive” will not be able to access these resources.

How to find your ACCeID

Follow the instructions listed below to lookup your ACCeID:

  1. Click on the following link – https://acceid.austincc.edu/acceid/index.php
  2. Type in the last 4 of your SSN, official last name, and birth date.
  3. Next, click Lookup.
