All first time at ACC students with fewer than 12 credit hours of previous, successful college credit coursework are required to enroll in EDUC 1300 or an approved, alternate student success course in their first semester of enrollment at ACC. In order to remove the hold, you will need to speak to an ACC advisor. You may speak to an ACC Advisor at 512-223-4636 (Monday- Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm) and/or you may email the office at advising@austincc.edu through your ACCMail account.
