Connection While Using Respondus Lockdown Browser

Contents

When using Respondus Lockdown Browser please note the following – We strongly recommend using an Ethernet (wired) Internet connection while taking your exam in LockDown Browser whenever possible. If you use wireless, USB modem, laptop connect card, or mobile hotspot connection during an exam, you are more likely to run into problems due to dropped/interrupted connection. Using a mobile hotspot or laptop connect card may result in dropped connections and other issues when taking your exam. The use of a mobile hotspot is not recommended.
