ACC Transcript Request- Out Of The Country

Note: Transcript request is free.  

1. Access your ACCMail account

Follow the steps listed below to login to your ACCMail account:

1.  Sign in to My ACC with your ACCeID and password. 
2.  Click on the ACCMail button. 
3. You will be directed to the ACCMail inbox.

2. Email the Transcript office at transcript-office-hbc-group@austincc.edu using your ACC student email only and please provide the full international address where the transcript needs to be sent to.
