Instructional  Modalities
Instructional Planning SurveyACC administers the Instructional Planning Survey annually to undergraduate credit and continuing education students. The dashboard reports which factors students indicate are most important when enrolling in courses, the registration experience, and student preferences for different types of courses for the next academic year. The undergraduate student dashboard allows for disaggregation by student characteristics, the continuing education dashboard reports results overall, and the department and major detail dashboard allows users to see results at the AOS, department, and declared major level.Instructional Planning Survey Homepage

Each division will maintain one spreadsheet through which all schedule edits (section additions, changes, deletions, and cancellations) will be initiated, approved by department chairs and deans, before being entered into Colleague by Schedev team members. Archives of all schedule edits will be maintained in the spreadsheet.

The Information Portal System (TIPS)

Historical data reports may be reviewed on the Office of Institutional Research & Analytics’ TIPS – The Information Portal Systems web site. Users must complete a short training to obtain access to TIPS. TIPS can be accessed while on campus or via a VPN connection when working off campus.
