Who do I contact if I have a question about the schedule editing processes for my department?
Questions about the schedule update/approval process, and due dates should first be directed to the appropriate instructional Dean.
Will scheduling dual credit sections follow this same process?
Dual credit sections will follow this process. All sections coded ECS (section offered on an ACC campus) or ECH (section offered on a high school campus) that appear in the AY26 Initial Schedule spreadsheet can be quickly identified using a filter. It is appropriate to anticipate that many of the section edits and additions will occur during Phase 3.
