Phase 1
Initial Schedule Review
September 27 – October 25, 2024
Sept. 27 – Oct. 18, 2024:
Course Scheduling: Phase 1 – Initial Annual Schedule Review – DEPARTMENT CHAIRS
Deletion requests from Initial Annual Schedule for FA25, SP26, and SU26 have been entered into the division’s Schedule Edit Administration (SEA) spreadsheet and have had a decision entered in the SEA by the department chair.
Sept. 27 – Oct. 25, 2024:
Course Scheduling: Phase 1 – Initial Annual Schedule Review – INSTRUCTIONAL DEANS
Deletion requests in the division’s SEA spreadsheet relating to sections listed on the Initial Annual Schedule for the division have been processed by the Dean and are ready for processing by the ScheDev team.
Phase 2
Strategic Section Additions
September 27 – December 20, 2024

Course Scheduling: Phase 2 – Strategic Section Additions – DEPARTMENT CHAIRS
Schedule adjustments for FA25, SP26, and SU26 have been entered into the SEA and have had a decision entered in the SEA by the department chair.

Course Scheduling: Phase 2 – Strategic Section Additions – INSTRUCTIONAL DEANS
Schedule adjustments requested in the division’s SEA spreadsheet have been processed by the Dean and are ready for processing by the ScheDev team.

Course Scheduling: SP25 – First Day of 16w and 8A
Jan. 31, 2025:
Course Scheduling: AY26 – Annual Schedule Published
The Academic Year 2026 Annual Schedule, which includes offerings for Fall 2025 (225F000), Spring 2026 (226S000), and Summer 2026 (226U000), will be published on January 31, 2025. Sections verified during Phase 1 and added or edited during Phase 2 will be published at the same time. Publishing will make courses viewable on the Online Course Schedule and in Self Service.
Feb. 17 – Feb. 28, 2025:
Course Scheduling: FA25 – Tactical Edit Cut Off – DEPARTMENT CHAIRS
Schedule adjustments for FA25 requested in the division’s SEA spreadsheet have been processed by the Department Chair and are ready for processing by the Dean. Edits approved in the SEA by COB February 28, 2025 will be processed by the instructional dean by COB March 7, 2025. Additional FA25 tactical edits are still allowed after February 28, but only those approved by the Department Chair by February 28, 2025 and approved by Deans by COB on March 7 will be processed in time for those sections to appear for FTF and adjunct faculty staffing for FA25.
March 3 – March 7, 2025:
Course Scheduling: FA25 – Tactical Edit Cut Off – INSTRUCTIONAL DEANS
Schedule adjustments for FA25 requested in the division’s SEA spreadsheet have been processed by the Dean and are ready for processing by the ScheDev team. ScheDev will process these approved edits by COB March 12, 2025. Additional FA25 tactical edits are still allowed after March 7, but only those approved by Deans by COB on March 7 will be processed in time for those sections to appear for FTF and adjunct faculty staffing for FA25.
March 3 – March 7, 2025:
Staffing: MSTA and DCAA Selection – DEPARTMENT CHAIRS
Multiple Semester Term Appointment (MSTA) and Dual Credit Annual Appointment (DCAA) selections submitted to the Dean. MSTA submissions occur via the eStaffing portal. Adjunct faculty have from February 17 – February 28, 2025 to submit their MSTA application in the eStaffing portal. DCAA procedures are set at the Division level and Instructional Deans can provide guidance on that process.
March 7 – March 19, 2025:
Staffing: FA25 – MSTA and DCAA Approvals – INSTRUCTIONAL DEANS
Instructional Deans process MSTA appointments in eStaffing and follow division procedure for approving DCAA appointments.
March 13 – March 27, 2025:
Staffing: FA25 – Full Time Faculty Initial Staffing – DEPARTMENT CHAIRS
Teaching load + first overload (if desired)

March 31 – April 7, 2025:
Staffing: FA25 – eStaffing Phase 1 – DEPARTMENT CHAIRS
Phase 1: Adjuncts enter preferences – March 31 – April 1

Phase 1: Adjunct instructors acceptance period – April 4 – 7
April 8- April 9, 2025:
Staffing: FA25 – Full Time Faculty – Second Overload Staffing – DEPARTMENT CHAIRS
April 10 – April 17, 2025:
Staffing: FA25 – eStaffing Phase 2 – DEPARTMENT CHAIRS
Phase 1: Adjuncts enter preferences – April 10 – 11
Phase 1: Department chairs offer sections – April 14 – 15
Phase 1: Adjunct instructors acceptance period – April 16 – 17
