He helped found the University of Wisconsin\u2013Madison Center for Teaching, Learning, and Mentoring and has been recognized among EdTech Magazine&#8217;s higher education influencers and Eduflow&#8217;s global Top 100 Learning Influencers. Dr. Tobin is the author and co-author of several books, including Reach Everyone, Teach Everyone: Universal Design for Learning in Higher Education and the newly released UDL at Scale: Whole-Campus Universal Design for Learning.
