How to enable simultaneous screen sharing prior to a meeting or webinar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

By enabling this setting in the Zoom web portal, hosts can pre-set this option before their meeting or webinar starts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To enable Multiple participants can share simultaneously<\/strong> for all users in the account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Sign in to the\u00a0Zoom web portal<\/a>\u00a0as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In the navigation menu, click\u00a0Account Management<\/strong>\u00a0then\u00a0Account Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click the\u00a0Meeting\u00a0<\/strong>tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Under\u00a0In<\/strong>\u00a0Meeting (Basic)<\/strong>, locate the\u00a0Screen sharing<\/strong>\u00a0setting and verify that it’s enabled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Under\u00a0How many participants can share at the same time?<\/strong>, choose\u00a0Multiple participants can share simultaneously (dual monitors recommended)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. (Optional) To prevent all users in your account from changing this setting, click the lock\u00a0\"\"\u00a0icon, and then click\u00a0Lock<\/strong>\u00a0to confirm the setting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
