The HUE HD Pro<\/a> is a lightweight, portable document camera and visualiser.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The camera can also be used to share content in a desktop conference session (Google Meet, Blackboard Collaborate Ultra, WebEx) for remote teaching and learning.<\/p>\n

Once you have received your camera through the TLED equipment checkout program<\/a> and installed the HUE Intuition software on your computer – then you can use the HUE HD pro as a document camera.<\/p>\n

The HUE Intuition software allows you to share a live camera signal and create simple annotation on top of the image<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

HOW TO USE THE HUE HD PRO AS A DOCUMENT CAMERA<\/strong>
\nAssemble and connect the three parts of the HUE HD Pro to your computer
\nActivate and launch HUE Intuition software<\/p>\n

You will see a LIVE CAMERA SIGNAL on the main software interface page displayed on your computer screen.<\/p>\n

The full suite of camera management tools allow you to operate the full functionality of the HUE HD Pro camera with ease.<\/p>\n

On the SOFTWARE INTERFACE page, click and select the DOCUMENT CAMERA<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

Optional<\/strong> – if your live camera signal is inverted, you can click on the flip and\/or mirror tool buttons<\/strong> to manually, correct the orientation of your video image<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

This correction means you can fix the issue without needing to move your camera.<\/p>\n

Place your presentation material under the lens of the camera head.<\/p>\n

You can adjust the size of the image by bending the flexible neck of the camera.<\/p>\n

\nThen, manually move the focus ring<\/strong> on the camera head to get a sharp image<\/strong> of your material.<\/p>\n

Gently touch the top of the LIGHT icon on the camera head to turn on\/off four small LED lights<\/strong> to illuminate your presentation material\/subject.<\/p>\n

Click on the HIDE CONTROLS button<\/strong> – Control F (found upper left corner of screen) to see your live camera signal in FULL SCREEN MODE.<\/strong> Hit the Escape key to return to the main software interface page.<\/p>\n

Advance Features – ANNOTATIONS
\nYou can use tools (found at the bottom of the interface page) to create simple ANNOTATIONS<\/strong> on top of your live video signal – drawing, text, shapes, move annotations, erase.<\/p>\n

The edited images can then be saved to your computer for future use.<\/p>\n
