Camera Goes Black During Recording (Panopto)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In Panopto, if your camera goes black as soon as you select Record, it may be due to your Google Chrome settings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Open your Google Chrome Browser <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. In the top right corner, select the three dots<\/strong> and select Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. In the left side menu, select System <\/strong>and make sure that Use graphics acceleration when available<\/strong> is enabled<\/p>\n\n\n\n
