The item must be visible to students and have no release conditions. <br><br>1. Click on <strong>Gradebook <\/strong>in the menu bar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\"><br>2. From the <strong>Gradable Items<\/strong> view, click on the <strong>3 dots<\/strong> or <strong>more options\u00a0menu<\/strong> for the item, and then select\u00a0<strong>Send Reminder.<\/strong><br><br>Blackboard will automatically detect students who haven\u2019t submitted the item yet. From the <strong>Grades view<\/strong>, select\u00a0a gradable item at the top of the grid\u00a0to open its menu. Then select\u00a0<strong>Send Reminder<\/strong>.\u00a0<br><br>\u26a0\ufe0f Notes:<br>You can only send reminders for <strong>assignments, tests, or graded items<\/strong>.<br>Reminders also can&#8217;t be sent for manually created columns. If messages are turned\u00a0off for the course, reminders are\u00a0sent as email.<br><br>Reminders are sent to the student or group as a blind carbon copy (BCC) course message.
