Department chairs can pull a report for which instructors have and have not submitted their textbook requests. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Option 1: View Onscreen Report<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Go to the Adoption & Insights Portal<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to the Course List<\/strong> Section<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Adjust the Settings to Filter By: Rubric<\/strong> and Show: Not Submitted<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. This report will give you a list of each course section <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Option 2: Download Spreadsheet Report<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to the Adoption & Insights Portal<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Go to the Dashboards<\/strong> Section on the left hand side<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Adjust the Filter <\/strong>Settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Scroll down to the Department Summary<\/strong> Widget<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click the 3 dots<\/strong> in the top right corner to download your report <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. The downloaded report will be a CSV file where you can see a list of instructor names and each course section<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
