Both faculty and staff can earn digital badges recognizing professional development, service milestones, leadership, and wellness engagement.<\/p><p>ACC employees have the opportunity to earn several different kinds of accolades, such as:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Proficiency awards:<\/strong> Proficiency awards acknowledge foundational competency on various topics.<\/li><li><strong>Advanced awards:<\/strong> Advanced awards denote a higher level of expertise. Advanced badges are visually distinguished by a gold outlining ribbon.<\/li><li><strong>Participation awards:<\/strong> Recognition of engagement or attendance at events and programs.<\/li><li><strong>Achievement awards:<\/strong> Recognition of distinguished accomplishments, leadership, service, or institutional awards.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>*Some faculty-facing badges are not available for staff.<\/strong><\/p><p>Interested in developing your own badge?
