Both faculty and staff can earn digital badges recognizing professional development, service milestones, leadership, and wellness engagement.<\/p>\n<p>ACC employees have the opportunity to earn several different kinds of accolades, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Proficiency awards:<\/strong> Proficiency awards acknowledge foundational competency on various topics.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Advanced awards:<\/strong> Advanced awards denote a higher level of expertise. Advanced badges are visually distinguished by a gold outlining ribbon.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Participation awards:<\/strong> Recognition of engagement or attendance at events and programs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Achievement awards:<\/strong> Recognition of distinguished accomplishments, leadership, service, or institutional awards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>*Some faculty-facing badges are not available for staff.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested in developing your own badge?
