About the TxQMC

The Texas Quality Matters Consortium (TxQMC) is facilitated by the Digital Higher Education Consortium of Texas (DigiTex), which assists Texas community colleges in providing learners an education without barriers through high quality digital educational opportunities, resources, and services that help students succeed. All TACC (Texas Association of Community Colleges) institutions are automatically members of DigiTex and are therefore eligible to become part of the TxQMC.

Join Our Community!

If your college is ready to become a part of this dynamic group and collaborate with others for quality in higher education, contact us! After the initial contact to express interest, you will complete the following steps.

Step 1: Your institution identifies a main point of contact for billing and training: the QM Coordinator.

Step 2: TxQMC will invoice your institution for the membership fee (if joining mid-year, a pro-rated membership will be available)

Step 3: QM Coordinator begins specific QM Coordinator training detailing the resources and trainings of QM.

Step 4: Once the payment has been processed, your institution is a member of QM and TxQMC. System Lead will set up an orientation meeting with the QM Coordinator.
