Latino and other minority business owners were especially impacted by the need to upskill their workforce to meet the new digital landscape. This article recognizes Austin Community College as a leader in the development of its digital skills program and its commitment to its Hispanic students. ACC is among the top 25 community colleges for Hispanics and has earned the Seal of Excelencia certification.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-22a5347f elementor-blockquote--skin-border elementor-widget elementor-widget-blockquote\" data-id=\"22a5347f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"blockquote.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"elementor-blockquote\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-blockquote__content\">\n\t\t\t\tAs digital tools and platforms become increasingly central in our economy and society, it is essential to provide digital skills training to the emerging and incumbent workforce and meet the demands of the changing labor market. Particularly concerning is the fact that Latinos face the highest rates of potential job displacement due to automation and digitalization....
