Furthermore, for the Summer Session, <strong>additional sections were added for our most popular microcredentials<\/strong> (Spreadsheets, Web Builder, Data Analytics, and Problem Solving with AI) to meet demand. All the additional sections were filled to capacity and Problem Solving had three full sections.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Our outreach efforts included the <strong>development of a new Start Strong\/Stay Strong campaign<\/strong> to align with the new ACC goals. Assets for the new campaign included a\u00a0 poster for all campuses, a feature in our Spring newsletter, and an email banner for the DFI team. <strong>Our Spring newsletter had a 97% open rate<\/strong>, and <strong>we saw enrollment dramatically increase<\/strong> after the release of the poster and newsletter, and by the end of April, we had 273 opt-in registrations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Our <strong>microcredentials are being adopted by more professors within the college<\/strong>, and for Summer are embedded in<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> English, Technical Writing, Intro to Law, English (High School), EDUC (early college), Web Design Tools, Fashion and Marketing, and Electronics.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1d845121 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"1d845121\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b4e0c11 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2b4e0c11\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Highlights<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-353786ce elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"353786ce\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Outreach<\/b><\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Spring DFI Newsletter sent out at the beginning of April to 794 internal and external recipients. Enrollment in the featured microcredentials for Summer and Fall went up dramatically immediately after the release of the newsletter. Desktop open rate is 97%.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Created a poster with new campaign Start Strong\/Stay Strong to advertise microcredentials on all of the campuses<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Created a Start Strong\/Stay Strong banner to advertise microcredentials and align with ACC\u2019s new Theory of Change four pillars.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">April\u00a0 3 &#8211; met with Sarah McDonald with Acadeum to discuss White Labeling the Digital Fluency microcredentials to other institutions.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">April 10 &#8211; met with Curtis Ackerman from Biology to discuss the process of building a microcredential.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">April 23-24 &#8211; Attended the Career Collective Leadership Conference.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">April 24 &#8211; Met with Vanessa Errico and her staff for registration testing for Military Families.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">April 29 &#8211; Met with Ninghua Han, Director of Distance Learning Quality Assurance about microcredentials\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Microcredentials\u00a0<\/b><\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Creation and implementation of a chart in Google Sheets, as a student reference, to show all knowledge prerequisites and software downloads\/subscriptions\/hardware configurations that are required, recommended, or helpful to have to take each microcredential.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The new MCs (Problem Solving with AI and Data Analytics) have been very popular since their release. Spreadsheets and Web Builder have consistently been popular for several sessions as well.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Second sections for Summer Session were added for: Web Builder, Spreadsheets, and Data Analytics. A total of three sections were made available for Problem Solving with AI due to high demand.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The loading of Interactive Media, a new microcredential, into Brightspace Leap, began.
