The onboarding sessions will be twice a month, on Friday mornings and on Tuesday evenings in the fall and Wednesday evenings in the spring. This role includes facilitating day-of sessions and participation in planning meetings.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Reports to: <\/b>Faculty Talent Onboarding Faculty Lead<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Term of Appointment: Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 receiving $1241 = 1 LEH each of the two semesters. Approximately 48 hours each semester, 12 hours a month.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Eligibility:<\/b> The faculty facilitator role is open to all ACC faculty (full-time and adjunct) who have taught at ACC for at least 3 years, have demonstrated dedication to teaching and learning through research, and\/or participation in Faculty Development offerings.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>General Statement of Job<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Provides support to faculty and the Faculty Development team in the facilitation of <a href=\"https:\/\/instruction.austincc.edu\/cochrane\/development-opportunities\/getting-started\/faculty-onboarding\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Faculty Talent Onboarding<\/b><\/span><\/a> and asynchronous Orientation.
