{"id":10535,"date":"2022-01-28T15:12:27","date_gmt":"2022-01-28T15:12:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/accinsweb8366.wpenginepowered.com\/tledupdates\/?p=10535"},"modified":"2022-01-28T15:12:27","modified_gmt":"2022-01-28T15:12:27","slug":"spring-2022-testing-center-reminders","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/instruction.austincc.edu\/cochrane\/2022\/01\/28\/spring-2022-testing-center-reminders\/","title":{"rendered":"Spring 2022 Testing Center Reminders"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello Faculty!<\/p>\n<p>Here is some important information from Instructional Testing Centers (ITC) that will assist you in your use of our services during the Spring 2022 semester.<\/p>\n<p><b>Hours of Operation:<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b>Destination Campuses (RRC,HLC,RVS)Non-Destination Campuses<\/p>\n<p>Monday \u2013 Tuesday: 8am to 7pmMonday &#8211; Friday: 8am to 5pm<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday &#8211; Friday: 8am to 5pm<\/p>\n<p>Saturday: 10am to 4pm<\/p>\n<p><b>Instructional Testing Closures:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Spring Break: \u00a0 March 14th (Mon.) \u2013 March 20th (Sun.)<\/p>\n<p><b>General Guidelines:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The ACC Testing Centers will allow ONLY the following for in-person testing and testing time will be limited to the class time, typically one and one-half hours.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1r9TFajTUfksPuvCNLAJH_gChpgD_9MkZ\/view?usp=sharing\"><b>Review the Campus Testing Guidelines for Faculty<\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Make-Up Exams (for students who missed the original test)<\/b>\u00a0for<b> lecture, HYC and HYD courses.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Incomplete grades<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Challenge Exams<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>SAS Exams<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Campus Testing Transmittal\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Go to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/a\/austincc.edu\/acc-forms-inventory\/testing-center\"><b>ACC Forms Inventory: Testing Center page<\/b><\/a>\u00a0to download and complete the Campus Testing Transmittal Form and submit it to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:testctr-transmittals@austincc.edu\"><b>testctr-transmittals@austincc.edu<\/b><\/a>.<b>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Give specific instructions regarding allowed materials on the test transmittal<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>List specific materials in the \u201cother\u201d. For example, ruler, textbook, notes allowed, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Blackboard Makeup Exams MUST be in Lockdown Browser with time limit set<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>For assistance with lockdown browser, please refer to TLED\u2019s <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/instruction.austincc.edu\/faculty\/article\/enabling-respondus-lockdown-browser\/\"><b>Faculty Resources<\/b><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Testing Center Violations:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Violations are recorded in ACC\u2019s conduct software, Maxient.
