The Nursing Field of Study Curriculum is intended for generic baccalaureate degree nursing students who plan to take their prerequisite and core curriculum courses at a community college and transfer the block of courses to a general academic teaching institution or health related institution. The block of courses may also be transferred from one general academic teaching institution to another or to a health-related institution. The student shall receive full academic credit toward the degree program for the block of courses transferred.<\/p>\n

Austin Community College’s (ACC) field of study courses for nursing are listed below. The Field of Study Curriculum for Nursing consists of 34 semester credit hours (SCH) of lower-division academic courses. These courses are fully transferable to other Texas public colleges and universities and are applicable to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\t\n\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t
