The purpose of the Annual Summary Evaluation\u00a0Form is to provide faculty with the actionable, formative feedback necessary for faculty growth in addition to the summative ratings and comments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong> We will not be submitting the Faculty Evaluation Summary form using a Word or pdf file any more: the forms in this manual are strictly for reference. <strong>We will be using a web-app to develop, submit, and acknowledge <em>Annual Faculty Evaluation Summary Forms. <\/em><\/strong>You can access the new <strong>Faculty Evaluation Summary System<\/strong> by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>log in to <em>MyACC<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>look under &#8220;Faculty Development and Evaluation&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Click on \u201cFaculty Evaluation Summary System\u201d and wait for that to open (it might take longer than you expect the first time)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>or use the direct link <a href=\"https:\/\/faceval.apps.austincc.edu\/\">here<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Information on the new system is posted <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/austincc.edu\/faculty-evaluation-summary-app\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For the faculty evaluation process to be truly meaningful for faculty, it is important that there be actionable, meaningful feedback.
