This website is managed by the Office of Faculty Evaluation.<\/p>\n<p>Please visit this page for information on the latest updates to the manual and announcements regarding faculty evaluation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"callout secondary\">\n<h3><strong>Questions about the Faculty Evaluation process?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Please email the Office of Faculty Evaluation at <a href=\"mailto:facultyevaluation@austincc.edu\">facultyevaluation@austincc.edu<\/a> for any questions about the faculty evaluation process.<\/p>\n<p>If you find any errors or have issues with the ACC Faculty Evaluation Manual, please submit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/accfacultyevalmanual\">ACC Faculty Evaluation Manual: Report Issues and Errors Form<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>New process for handling Faculty Evaluation Summary forms:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong> We will not be submitting the Faculty Evaluation Summary form using a Word or pdf file this semester; the forms in this manual are strictly for reference. <strong>We will be using a web-app to submit Annual Faculty Evaluation Summary Forms. <\/strong>You can access the new <strong>Faculty Evaluation Summary System<\/strong> by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>log in to <strong>MyACC<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>look under &#8220;Faculty Development and Evaluation&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u201cFaculty Evaluation Summary System\u201d and wait for that to open (it might take longer than you expect the first time)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Information on the new system is posted <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/austincc.edu\/faculty-eval-summary-sys-info\">here<\/a>. (An appendix with instructions will be added to this Manual in the future.)<\/p>\n<h3>Teaching evaluation of Deans and Department \u00a0Chairs<\/h3>\n<p>The process for doing teaching evaluations for Deans and Department Chairs has been tweaked to be consistent with the new evaluation process.
